Hip-Hop is boundless. It represents the infinite human desire for innovation. Within three decades no other form of music has evolved at such a rapid pace. The rap culture is no longer contained in a specific genre. Producers have pushed the limits of creativity and pretentiously shattered all expectations one would conjure as "the sound of Hip-Hop". Whether the creator seeks to breathe new life into old music or compose something completely original, Hip-Hop allows all forms of music to become current with the taste and times of its listeners. No labels can apply anymore. The essence of Hip-Hop has become a direct macroscopic portrayal of ideas in harmony between artist and producer.
When I think about Hip-Hop from an object standpoint there’s a saying that comes to mind: “Today’s science fiction is tomorrow’s science”. As technology evolves, yesterdays musical fiction has truly become todays musical fact. As humans evolve so will technology. As technology evolves so shall music. Hip-Hop represents the boundless evolution of music. Hip-Hop is infinate.
